Our company Chung Yung Cycle Co .ships the products weighing up to 5 kg or the longest side over 60 cm by SF express by default.

Fast delivery : Approx. (2/5/4) working days . (Additional shipping fee will be charged)
Standard delivery : Approx. (4 /6 /9) working days
**Excluding products with weight over 5 kg or longest side over 60 cm.**
Large or heavy items shipment (GOGOVAN/company warehouse shipping)
(1) Shipment to Hong Kong only .
(2) Lift facilities must be used to provide floor loading and unloading / door-to-door delivery service
**Company warehouse transportation / GOGOVAN door-to-door delivery will be charged separately**
**If the goods are not accessible to the lift, or there is no lift service to the floor of the receiving unit, the goods will be delivered on the ground floor of the building**
General Delivery Time
The delivery takes approximately 3-5 working days with customer service arrangements and/or confirmation
Delay may be 3-5 working days or more for bulk orders or postal service.

Out of Stock:
If the order is out of stock, the delivery of the out-of-stock item will be automatically postponed and will be dispatched as soon as the item is replenished.
If the order is changed or refunded, the order will be returned with the same payment method as the original transaction.
For the credit card payment, the customer should bring the credit card used for payment. No refunds for the installment payments
