When can I make a warranty claim for my frame? |

Before you are going to make a warranty claim, you should check that you didn't void the warranty rules set by the particular manufacturer. Also, your product should brought directly from us or from our authorized retailers. For more information, you can contact us directly. |

So, how to make a warranty claim? |

You should prepare the proof of purchase and copies of photos that show the defective area or parts for reference (You can also bring the defective stuff to our shop and let our staffs to help you). After the warranty claim is confrimed by the manufacturer, we will help you make the warranty claim.

Does a warranty claim cost FREE? |

It depends on particular manufacturer, we WILL NOT ask for any charge for our customer since our warranty claim service is FREE. However, shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. Postage fee is around HK$1200 for frame and $700 for rear shock in our experience.
