Giant Revive Honoured Bike of the Year 2005 in Sweden
Giant Revive Crowned “Bike of the Year 2005” in Sweden.Cykelframjandet, Sweden’s largest cycling organization awarded the “Bike of the Year 2005” prize to the Giant Revive at the annual Two-Wheel Expo.

Their motivation reads:
The Giant Revive, through its unique design, invites new groups [of riders] to enjoy the freedom and health benefits [healthy lifestyle] of cycling. Its modular back support and low seat height create comfort and safety for adult novices…
The Giant Revive, a high-quality bicycle with excellent componentry targeted towards new cyclists. The design is alone in its class and shows that the classic design of the 1890s-model bike can be developed and modified in terms of positioning and geometry. The Giant Revive is both easy to pedal and comfortable, and should appeal to all those who are looking for a city bike for commuting and other errands. The bike is so comfortable with its upright seated position that it is suitable even for a suit and tie or elegant dress. The low seat height makes it arguably safer in traffic than conventional bikes. Through the annual award, Cykelframjandet aims to stimulate development of alternative and creative design within the bicycle industry.
